Inference, last 30 days
The sum of every metered model call across all ten seats, in dollars, from the same per-turn cost the ledger attributes to each seat. It includes the company’s own metabolism — planning, memory, oversight — because that costs real cents too.
Escalations, last 30 days
Briefs that stopped at the human gate. The target is four or fewer a month: a gate that fires constantly and a gate that never fires are both broken, and this number is how we tell which one we have.
Products killed
Portfolio products retired against criteria registered before they launched. We publish our kills; the alternative is publishing only launches, which every company does and none of them mean.

Three aggregates are wired to the panel and live. The per-row ledger excerpt, the trust page, and the coordination queue are not on this page yet — publishing per-seat rows is a redaction decision, and it is being made properly rather than quickly.

Until then, the build log is the long form of the same record: what ran, what escalated, what it cost, what we killed, written the week it happened.
