Historically, the enterprise has been treated as a human artifact — a messy, organic coalition of intuition, emotion, and political negotiation. We reject this premise.
Business is not an art. Business is a stateful, deterministic system mapping capitalized inputs to market outcomes through a finite set of rules.
Traditional management frameworks are built on a flawed foundation: the belief that organizational performance is optimized by managing human behavior. In reality, human execution introduces irreducible entropy into operations.
When performance degrades, legacy organizations attempt to fix the execution layer through meetings, performance management, and restructuring. This is a category error.
The execution layer is not the problem. Human execution is the bottleneck.
To eliminate operational variance, we must formalize the firm as a software system executing on a multi-agent runtime.
